Darn it, I am super sappy this week. Carry the Zero is a marvellous tune that, once again, evokes that hipster/indie romance feeling (hipdie???), though with a lot more restraint in the delivery than Lazy Eye. Even though the tune isn’t all sunshine and happiness, there’s a warmth to melody, vocals and guitar work that makes it suitable for all your romantic conquests. Unless you’re romancing a person who isn’t into any of this, in which case you’re plum out of luck, my friend!
