I picked up The Nevers (the album this song is from) a while ago but didn’t post anything on it as I had just done a Saint Bernadette post at the time. Yesterday, I learnt that the album chronicles lead singer Meredith DiMenna’s split “with her now ex-husband and ex-bandmate Keith Saunders”. Mind = blown!
Though I am now a little worried about the future of the group, there is no denying that this is an AWESOME album. I mean, it opens with this track: you know the rest is gonna be great. I certainly hope this isn’t the last we’ll hear of Saint Bernadette… I need to hear them live at least once!
