There are certain names that I wish a band wouldn’t use, and those would be the ones consisting of very common words. As you might imagine, Lovers is probably the most aggravating example of this in the history of the world. It is a good thing their music isn’t particularly common, then. Their song Honea was on KRS’ compilation album, and was quite good if you are into the downtempo folk-pop. The rest of their music seems to be more folky than that song, but that’s fine as well. The Garden sounds like Bright Eyes meets Appalachian folk, which means it is definitely awesome.
