I generally don’t take well to electro-pop, but you may argue that this isn’t really an example of that genre. You’re probably right! Though it does share the manufactured drums that the genre is relatively renowned for, this tune has some wonderfully powerful vocals and a nice bit of guitar in the background. So I guess it’s alternative? Goodness, I’m so confused.
Point is, it’s catchy and her singing reminds me of Meredith DiMenna of Saint Bernadette, which is always a good thing.
