Bowie has been a bit reclusive of late, so I’m hoping this post will coax him out into the music scene again. Cos we totally have widespread reach and influence here on either/or.
This song was abused to death back in the late 90s, when every commercial saw fit to use it for whatever useless products they were selling, the irony being that those little quotations marks in the title all but reinforced the little jibe Bowie had going in it. Coming back to it after a while makes it great again though. It’s still a very inspiring song too, ironic title or not!
