Like many of my sensitive, indie, dreaming brethren, I was rather smitten with the Secret Life of Walter Mitty trailer. Speaks to the heart, y’see. And like the aforementioned crowd, I was equally smitten by the trailer’s song, performed by Icelandic indie folk group Of Monsters and Men. They have since enjoyed a dramatic rise in popularity as a result of this song being featured in the trailer, and it’s very much deserved: this is a soaring, folk-kissed ballad, swelling with optimism and general sweetness. Absolutely delightful.
