One of my pals was on Facebook a few months ago, going on and on about how he loved “The xx” before they were big, and I went “hrmm, alrighty then.” I hadn’t heard of them at all, and didn’t even bother listening to them after he was done blabbering about them. I listened to them for the first time listening to a fellow’s broadcast on Grooveshark, and went, “hey, this is good!” They aren’t necessarily the most innovative band around, but they definitely have some good tracks. This one’s off their excitingly named debut album, xx.
